Wessex Drainage Systems Ltd is a progressive fast reacting organisation. We aim for constant improvement and our key words are QUALITY, EFFICIENCY AND COST EFFECTIVENESS. You may be certain of good, honest and friendly advice. The working directors are Ian Porter and Zabrina Sait. They formed the company after becoming aware that a gap existed between large faceless organisations and small, sometimes poorly trained and unqualified operators with inadequate equipment and no real Health and Safety ethos. Your points of contact - Zabrina and Ian![]() ![]() Mark Wilson is Contracts Manager![]() Ian has over forty five years experience in the construction industry, in the terms used in the construction industry he 'worked his way up the trench' - starting as a tradesman and following the foreman, site agent contract managers route. This included a spell as lecturer at a local college. He lives with his wife Mary near Salisbury and has ten grandchildren. Zabrina left college and worked in telephone sales for a short period before joining a local drainage company in an administrative role. After about seven years she became assistant manager to Ian and then took over as Operations Manager. She lives on the Hampshire/Dorset border with her husband Danny, dogs Bouncer and Sylvia and rapidly increasing family of ducks. The Senior Engineers have worked together for a minimum of four years and a Family Firm ethos exists. All Senior Engineers have a proportion of shares in the company. Although these traditional values exist the company has the latest in equipment and technology and keeps a close eye on developing technology and trends. This helps to achieve our high rate of customer satisfaction. It is a good combination, over a hundred years experience between the fifteen key employees combined with technology and the training to use it. If you have any concerns please speak to Ian, Zabrina or Mark - we are never too busy to talk to clients. |
